Shifting internal cultures through gamification
Saving Grace was a revolutionary alternate reality game (ARG) which we created, designed and produced for our client Dimension Data. It was created for 250 players, lasted 6 weeks and ended with day-long mad dash through the streets of Cape Town.
The game was designed to shift the internal culture of the organisation as well being an interactive platform from which to communicate the proposed new company strategy.
